To re-brand and create independent sub-brands.

our approach

We started the process by re-branding them and decided to strategically split the company into 7 separate operating divisions, as before key areas of the business fell under the main brand and the 'other' areas of the business had no marketing or brand support. Sales rocketed almost immediately as each department took ownership of their particular brand division. The umbrella identity is made of multiple colours, each colour is then separated to form a different sub-division of the brand. By colour coding, the brand identity is kept consistent throughout online and offline media.
