To develop a national direct mail piece which communicates the key message instantly.
our approach
Ventrolla specialises in renovating and maintaining traditional sash windows and has a national chain of over 25 franchised operations. We targeted 12,000 listed property owners nationwide, people who had a legal and aesthetic interest in keeping the period features of their properties, with a direct mail piece. We believe that mailers should work in the click of a finger, and there was no escaping our message. The outer envelope opened to instantly reveal a completely renovated sash window, followed by a list of the company's USPs and a reply mechanism for a free survey.
